The aim of this page is to link my etext publications to the main relevant web-pages.


The latest etext is a book on Scotland's food which will be available in late July 09 via

www.gastronomy.org.uk

At present in certain places the book is labelled "A Social History of Scottish Food and Hospitality" and there are links to it in the main website.

Within the etext, the immediate example is where the reader is referred to further information on the haggis from Chapter 5. Let's begin with that.
